Website Information
Privacy Policy
This policy describes the operation of this informational website. It does not govern information handled after Wampler Law Office PLLC agrees to an attorney–client relationship.
Information received
The hosting provider may create ordinary server logs containing technical information such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of access. The website does not presently provide an intake form, client account, file upload, payment system, or database.
Direct email and telephone communications
If you choose to call or email, the firm receives the information you provide through those channels. Emailing the firm does not create an attorney–client relationship. Do not send confidential or time-sensitive information before the firm confirms representation in writing.
Analytics and cookies
No optional analytics platform is enabled in this build. If analytics or other cookie-based technology is later activated, this policy and any required consent mechanism should be updated before activation.
Retention and security
Communications may be retained as reasonably necessary for conflict checks, business records, legal obligations, and security. No method of internet transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
Third-party links and children
Telephone, email, and map links may open third-party services governed by their own policies. This website is not directed to children and does not knowingly request personal information from children.
Updates and contact
This policy may be updated as the website changes. Questions may be directed to office@wamplerlaw.com or 276-323-4474.
